Terms of Use
These terms set out how you may use the True Luck guide for readers in the United Kingdom. By reading or using the guide you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using it.
The guide and its editors
- Who we are. The guide is an editorial publication about the True Luck casino. It is run by its editors, who can be reached at [email protected]. The editors are not the casino. They do not operate True Luck, hold player accounts, take deposits, process withdrawals or decide how a bonus is applied.
- Who may use the guide. The guide is for people aged 18 or over, which is the minimum gambling age in Great Britain. If you are under 18, please leave the guide and do not use any gambling site.
- What the guide is for. It explains True Luck’s offers, sign-up, payments and mobile play through worked sums, so that readers can understand them before acting. It is information and nothing more, not an offer, an inducement or a recommendation to gamble, and a reader decides alone whether to open an account and how much to play.
Advice, accuracy and amounts
- No advice. Nothing in the guide is financial, legal, tax or professional advice. A worked example, such as what a €30 deposit (about £25.30) earns at the first welcome stage, shows how a stated rule produces a number. It does not predict what any player will win or lose.
- What you may do. You may read the guide, print or save a page for your own use, and link to it. You may quote short extracts with a clear link back to the page they come from. You may not copy whole pages or tables for republication, present the guide’s wording as your own, or use the guide to collect data automatically in bulk.
- Accuracy of figures. The editors work to keep every amount, percentage, limit and time correct, and they revise a page when a figure changes. Casino terms can change without notice, so a page may lag behind. The casino’s own terms are the controlling statement of any offer, and if they differ from this guide, they prevail for your account.
- What the figures rest on. Every figure in the guide is one True Luck itself states, with nothing estimated on top. That is why the daily cashback rates and the withdrawal limits for VIP players carry no number here, and a missing number says nothing about whether the figure is high, low or absent.
Other sites and your casino account
- Links to other sites. The guide links to the True Luck site and may link to services that help gamblers, such as the National Gambling Helpline run by GamCare. Those sites belong to other organisations. The editors do not control their content, and their terms and privacy information apply when you use them. A link is a pointer and not an endorsement.
- Your account with the casino. Your relationship with True Luck is governed by the casino’s own terms. The editors are not a party to it. They cannot see your account, reverse a decision, release a held withdrawal, restore an expired bonus or answer for what the casino does. Questions about your balance, a pending payout or a verification request go to the casino, whose live chat runs around the clock and which also has e-mail support.
Responsible use, content and your messages
- Responsible use. Gambling carries a risk of loss and can become harmful. Set a budget you can afford to lose, use the limits the casino offers, and seek help early if you need it. The National Gambling Helpline run by GamCare is free on 0808 8020 133, around the clock by phone and live chat, and in Wales on 0808 2819 265.
- Intellectual property. The text, tables, worked calculations and layout of the guide belong to its editors or are used with permission. True Luck’s name and the names of games and providers belong to their owners and appear here only to identify them.
- Your messages. If you write to the editors, you remain responsible for what you send. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, casino account details or identity documents. The privacy notice explains how messages are handled.
Liability, availability and changes
- Liability. The guide is provided as it stands. As far as the law allows, the editors are not liable for losses that arise from using it, from relying on a figure that has since changed, from a decision to gamble or from the actions of a third party, including the casino. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
- Availability. The editors may change, suspend or withdraw any page at any time, and they do not promise that the guide will always be available or free of errors.
- Reports and corrections. A report that a figure is wrong is reviewed by the editors, and the page is corrected if the report is right. The editors do not promise a reply to every message, but they act on each report about the guide’s own content. They cannot act on reports about your casino account.
- Misuse. The editors may restrict access to anyone who uses the guide unlawfully, attempts to interfere with it or breaks these terms, for example by copying it in bulk or by sending abusive messages.
- Changes to these terms. The editors may update these terms. When they do, the updated version replaces this one on the page, and continued use of the guide afterwards means you accept it.
- Contact. Questions about these terms, reports of an incorrect figure and requests to use more than a short quotation go to [email protected]. See also the privacy notice and the responsible gambling page.
